I was exceptionally impressed with the touring experience alone. Millie (one of their agents) was super concise and thorough with all of the amenities, utilities, hours, and parking. Absolutely phenomenal job and experience! If not for the building’s newer construction yet lower rates, I highly recommend booking a tour—especially with new projects starting within walking distance.

The Arrello is a lovely apartment community. The neighbors are friendly and are usually very good at doing their part to keep the communal areas clean and in order. We have great accommodations besides the pool area and recreational facilities. There is a workshop with tools for personal projects. A room to wash your pup’s, secure package drop off. And free 24 hour coffee makers. I know I’m leaving some things out. (Oh yeah, we have elevators!) It’s located in Olathe’s city center, and is extremely walkable. The new library and several schools are very close by. Maybe the only thing I’m not crazy about is that there aren’t enough places to walk to get a bite to eat. Law offices take up most of the retail space as the courthouse is just a couple of blocks away. I love living here, and I just want to apologize to my downstairs neighbor for frequently dropping stuff every morning as I get ready for work. Sorry about that.

I’ve been living here for about 7 months, and it’s been a great experience so far! The ladies in the front office are always very nice and friendly, and they’re quick to help with anything I need. The community feels safe and well taken care of, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities make daily life super convenient. I’m really happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend it to others!

Just moved in beginning of the month- everything was super easy to apply, get everything paid for and get the keys. I had a small issue- I did not put urgent- but they prioritized it and got it taken care of within 24 hours. Gene was fantastic. 1 yr update. Been here a year now and this place is just amazing. I love the security of the doors, it has given me peace of mind. The staff is Fantastic, always pleasant and helpful. Trevor and Gene are the best!!!

Maintenance did a quick and easy fix to open my slow draining sink. I was gone for a short time and when i returned my sink emptied perfectly and scheduled filter change was done. They are truly are the best. I never have to wait for anything.

Living at Arrello has unequivocally been the most pleasant living experience in my life. My wife and I love it here so much that we have signed three lease extensions! We have lived in a roomy studio, a luxurious 2-bedroom, and will be moving to a 3-bedroom in August, and we could not fathom moving away each time our leases were ending. That said, the spacious and modern style apartments have not been the only reason we love it here. Here at Arrello, the entire staff, from the front representatives to the maintenance crew, has made our living experiences much more pleasant than my wife and I’s past living situations. Our needs are heard, understood, and prioritized here at Arrello. All the staff here have always been more than pleasant and exceeded expectations to help or grant our requests. If Google would allow it, I would give this complex a 10/10.

Highly Recommend – Great Experience from the Start! I recently toured several apartments, but I ultimately chose this one because of the clear and responsive communication from the leasing office, the fantastic location, and the well-maintained amenities. From the very first visit, I felt welcomed and informed. Within my first week of moving in, my garbage disposal stopped working. I submitted a maintenance request, and to my surprise, it was completely resolved by the next morning! The quick response and professional service really confirmed I made the right choice. The community is clean, and feels very safe. Everything from the fitness center to the shared spaces is in great condition. I’m very happy I chose this place—it’s already starting to feel like home.

This place has been the greatest highlights of all my spots. I have not been at a more laid-back community based apartment complex. You can really appreciate that in this day and age. Arrello is without a doubt, hands down, 100% satisfaction. Everything here is so thorough, and easy for use. Choose Arrello and you will not regret it.

Quiet respectful residents and a great property team! Love it here! UPDATE!!!! I have renewed my lease 2 times since moving to Arrello. Management staff is top shelf! Alyssa, Tina, and Macie are the best. Maintenance team of Trevor and Gene go above and beyond and follow suit as the best. Many familiar faces in the complex as most tend to renew. Arrello is fantastic! I have lived here for the last two and a half years, and I am only leaving to move in with my fiancée. I would definitely recommend the apartments to anyone looking to relocate to the Olathe area and would consider moving back in the future myself. Pros: The walls are thick and quiet. I have rarely, if ever, heard my neighbors. You will hear your upstairs neighbor walking around from time to time, but that’s apartment living for you. Management is great and very responsive. A lot of reviews mention Carlos, and I can confirm that he rocks. I’ve never seen him without a smile and a positive attitude. The city of Olathe is also doing a lot to really improve the area and make it fun. New restaurants, breweries, and pickleball courts are allegedly coming to the area soon, and lots of work has already been done on beautifying downtown. Cons: Street noise can be an issue, as there seem to be a lot of drag racing enthusiasts in the area late at night. Cops also love to fly up and down Santa Fe

The Maintenance Team is "great" as they always respond timely to maintenance requests. Initially Gene replaced a part on the back of the refrigerator and he told me when I could expect ice. When ice did not occur they responded timely once again and Gene replaced another part inside the freezer. Each time Gene was neat, pleasant and worked responsibily. He saw me outside the next morning and immediately asked if the freezer was creating ice.

I waited until my full residency was over to provide a REAL review and what my time was like at Arrello. Let’s start off with the maintenance team, Gene and Trevor: trustworthy amazing walks of life! If You submit a work order online or over the phone BAM.. guess what? same day completion. No trash or dog poo around the apartment. They literally maintain the apartments, making sure things are not just running but in tip top shape. I had a dog on my floor that kept peeing in the hall, the team always made sure to get it cleaned and smelling good again! Now the office staff is great, Carlos at the front desk will always be a ray of light. Tina, she’s so down to earth. Alyssa, new to the community but also very kind. Everyone takes pride in Arrello. They are always having super fun events every month and provide such enriching activities and great food.

I lived here for a year. The staff and crew here are the very best and no turnover during my stay! They keep buildings and surrounding area so clean and in good condition and always willing to help out, so friendly. Residents as well were so respectful and quiet. Great location, easy walk to library and downtown Olathe events. Pool and gym are nice and well kept. I recommend this apartment!

I loved living in Arrello! We(my partner and I) had a 17-month lease, and the community, staff, location, and apartment itself were all great. I had a small hiccup, as anyone can; sometimes our apartment floor smelled funny or annoying neighbors. However, at the end of the day, Tina and the staff were always open and understanding. Our restroom flooded about a month before we moved, and the maintenance team was so quick about cleaning up and helping us get back to being comfortable. My favorite part about living here was the safety measures, the gym and pool, and living comfortably in Downtown Olathe. I also love that they have an app where you can attend events, sell things with your neighbors, or join clubs! We really wanted to stay, but our rent fees kinda went up, and we didn't want to pay more than $1500. I totally would have stayed, but I would recommend this spot for anyone who wants to enjoy being at home, be close to great food and shopping areas, and overall wants to have some community. we wanted to wait to give our honest review after living here. we’re sad to leave the place we called home, of 3 years! arrello and their staff has been amazing to us, from the beginning to the end of our stay. thank you for the memorable experiences and helping us grow as we were first-time renters! i can’t thank tina enough for always coming through when we had any questions or concerns. trevor and gene, always on top of getting things fixed when we needed them! thanks to the 3 of them, we’re going to take and keep what we’ve learned from them onto our new home! the only cons for us is that there wasn’t a lot of amenities, finding parking and it being shared with the public.

Nice apartments but I wish the residence for the MOST part they do would park in there assigned areas White Ford Escape Tag Number MO 3R or 3F is always in employee/customer area. When they have assigned parking spaces, it would be nice if they would use them or park around the apartment building.
