The best place to live I have lived here for 2 yrs and I cant possibly say enough good stuff about it. There are 2 buildings and they are both secure. Up front there is always a staff member to greet people until 6 p.m. The front door locks at 5. You have to have a key to get back to the apartments. The apartments are beautifully maintained. I have never met better staff anywhere I've ever lived. If you need maintenance they are quick coming to fix your issues. It is non-smoking property which I love. The grounds are well kept. The pool area is wonderful. They put on events for the residents. Last summer we had a pool party, maintenance cokked hotdogs and hamburgers, gave us chips, and a veverage and supplied a DJ for the music. We had a pizza party where they supplied the puzza crust and toppings. You got to make whatever you wanted. It's so much fun livjng here. There is a gym, package room with Amazon lockers. Apartments
I’ve been living here for over a year and, it’s been a great experience. The staff is awesome — super friendly and always willing to help with anything that comes up. You don’t get that everywhere, and it really makes a difference. The whole place still feels new and well taken care of, and the setting almost has a retreat-like vibe. It’s quiet, clean, and just a nice place to come home to after a long day. Big bonus: the free coffee in the community center is legit. Not the watered-down stuff either — actually good coffee. It’s a small thing, but it adds up. Maintenance staff is friendly and reliable, the amenities are solid, and the neighbors have been respectful and easygoing. Parking hasn’t been an issue, and everything just feels easy and low-stress living here. Overall, it’s one of those places that just gets the basics right — and then some. Definitely happy with the choice.

I was exceptionally impressed with the touring experience alone. Millie (one of their agents) was super concise and thorough with all of the amenities, utilities, hours, and parking. Absolutely phenomenal job and experience! If not for the building’s newer construction yet lower rates, I highly recommend booking a tour—especially with new projects starting within walking distance.

Great place to live. Very clean and the staff is super sweet and very helpful. Reasonable pricing and good amenities. I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Studio is wonderful, but the team is what makes your stay worthwhile. Always a warm smile and hello, to be acknowledged is so appreciated. They are attentive and kind. They’re always on top of everything. I’m grateful to say the very least. Thank you, Arrello team!
